Report a Claim

When you are aware of a circumstance that may lead to a claim being made, or as soon as an actual claim is made, it is to be reported.

In the event a suit is brought against you:

  • Immediately (within 24 hours upon being served with a Summons and Complaint) notify the appropriate contact listed below specific to your policy based on your specific coverage
  • Immediately forward to the appropriate contact listed below specific to your policy by priority mail or email; including copies of the demand, notice, summons or other pertinent information
  • Do not engage your own attorney without specific authorization from the Claims Administrator listed below specific to your policy
  • Do not make any admission of liability, assume any obligation, make any payment, incur any expenses or agree to arbitration without the consent of the Claims Administrator listed below specific to your policy
